Startups selected for a diversity-focused accelerator by SKU

Brands taking part in the Women & BIPOC Track at SKU include:

Neeshi, a company that creates functional meals designed to relieve menstrual discomfort and founded upon Ayurvedic principles;

Phreshly, a line of canned cocktails that draws inspiration from Southern and West African cuisine and culture while using ingredients that are acquired locally; and

A group of seasoned consumer goods professionals launched The Humble Seed, a firm that sells grain-free crackers infused with a six-seed mixture.

Sarah Meis, co-founder of The Humble Seed, said, “I am most looking forward to networking with some of the best and brightest in the CPG space and forging meaningful connections and collaborations.” “I want to disrupt the snack market with The Humble Seed so that everyone in your family can enjoy happy, healthful snacks.”

Since its founding in 2011, SKU has provided support for over 120 brands, such as Siete Family Foods, Epic Provisions, and Aura Bora.
