Boston Market Corp. has elevated Eric Wyatt to the position of chief executive officer. Frances Allen, who is leaving the company for a new opportunity, is succeeded by him.

Mr. Wyatt’s new position will see him in charge of a recently established “office of the c.e.o.” that also comprises general counsel and chief financial officer Caryn Doyle and chief administrative officer Randy Miller.

In September 2018, Mr. Wyatt became the chief operating officer of Boston Market. He spent three years as vice-president of operations at Panera Bread prior to joining Boston Market. He had previously served as Bath & Body Works’ vice-president of store operations. He worked for Starbucks Coffee Co. for seven years in a range of positions, including regional vice-president and vice-president of business planning, implementation, testing, and drive-thru. He was employed by Mobil Oil Corp. and Taco Bell Corp. as well.

Mr. Wyatt graduated from East Stroudsburg University of Pennsylvania with a bachelor’s degree in voice communications.
