Kansas City The whole food processing business is welcome to attend the free spring Purchasing Seminar, which will be virtually hosted on June 8 and 9, according to Sosland Publishing Co.

Furthermore, registration is currently available for the first live purchasing seminar in almost two years, which will take place in person in October.

The June Purchasing Seminar was supposed to take place live last year, but the COVID-19 outbreak forced its cancellation and relocation to a virtual venue. Over 300 business leaders signed up for the free virtual event for those who had attended the Purchasing Seminar.

Approximately three and a half months later, when US fall harvests should be in the cleanup stages, the in-person session will take place. The Sosland Publishing Purchasing Seminar will take place October 24-26 at the new Loews Kansas City hotel, in accordance with its customary style.
