Thai Union initiates the Creative Innovation Competition
Thai Union is open to concepts involving marine-derived ingredients that are healthy and functional, seaweed or algae-derived ingredients that promote wellness, marine-based oils that have functional applications, and ingredients made through precision fermentation that would otherwise come from the sea. The ocean must be connected to the solutions.
The global innovation team of Thai Union will provide the challenge winner with technical know-how, regulatory support, and formulation development, among other things.
