Tea Drops offers latte and bubble tea kits for at-home use.

With its distinctive bagless, dissolveable tea blends, Tea Drops is launching a line of at-home tea latte and bubble tea kits. The goods are making their national premiere only at a few select Target shops.

Condensed milk packets with added sweetness are used in the chai latte and ube latte kits produced by Copper Cow Coffee. Brown sugar boba packets and biodegradable boba straws are included in the matcha bubble tea set. There are three servings per kit.

Our new latte and bubble tea kits allow you to create cafe-quality tea experiences comfortably at-home’, stated Sashee Chandran, founder and CEO of Tea Drops. “I founded Tea Drops with the belief that tea can be a transformative and creative experience.”

Tea Drops incorporates fair trade and organic components into their mixes. About ten years ago, Ms. Chandran developed the idea in her home kitchen as part of a personal quest to eradicate the drawbacks of regular tea. She loved the taste and scent of loose-leaf tea, but her corporate position kept her busy and didn’t give her much time to steep and enjoy a cup. Meanwhile, she discovered that bagged fashions were wasteful and lacked flavour. In 2015, she introduced Tea Drops through a patent.

“With the addition of Tea Drops to their assortment, Target positions itself as a true leader in the at-home cafe trend we are seeing,” Ms. Chandran stated. “Target is constantly pushing the boundaries of beverage innovation.” “Tea Drops’ bubble tea kits are a trend-defining move in the bubble tea category, which is expected to reach $4.5 billion by 2026.”
