Starbucks’ autumn menu is highlighted by seasonal drinks.
The company’s fall menu includes a new bakery item, several well-known items, and a new seasonal drink in addition to the enormously popular beverage. Specialty items include the baked apple croissant, which is a sugar-coated apple-filled pastry wrapped in croissant dough; the Iced Apple Crisp Oatmilk Shaken Espresso, which combines Starbucks Blonde Espresso with apple, cinnamon, and brown sugar flavor notes; and the Iced Pumpkin Cream Chai Latte, which was created in response to a well-liked order customization.
We’re excited to celebrate the creativity of our baristas and customers by offering the Iced Pumpkin Cream Chai Tea Latte on the official fall menu,” said Billy Altieri, beverage developer at Starbucks. “The warm spice flavors of chai and pumpkin seamlessly blend together, creating a creamy and comforting iced beverage.”
Reappearing menu items range from the Pumpkin Cream Cold Brew and Apple Crisp Oatmilk Macchiato to Pumpkin Cream Cheese Muffins, Owl Cake Pops and slices of Pumpkin & Pepita Loaf. The company’s fall-flavored retail products, such as Pumpkin Spice Coldbrew Concentrate and Iced Espresso Pumpkin Spice Lattes, also are returning to shelves beginning in August.

NJ PENNSAUKEN — Intens Soft & Fine, a substitute for mono- and diglycerides, has been introduced by Puratos. The manufacturer claims that the component extends the shelf life of products including panettone, donuts, brioche, toast bread, and hamburger buns by adding texture and quality. With its combination of enzyme technologies, Intens Soft & Fine solves the need to swap out more costly ingredients like lipases, full-fat soy flour, and monoglycerides.
