Kansas City Quick-service restaurants are adding new hamburger recipes to their menus.

The 1921 slider is returning to White Castle, but with a fiery twist. The slider comes with two pickles, caramelised grilled onion, lettuce, and ghost pepper cheese.

Vice President of White Castle Jamie Richardson stated, “We’re always looking for ways to give Cravers what they want, and they’ve been vocal in letting us know they were looking forward to the return of the 1921 slider with ghost pepper cheese.” “This slider preserves the flavours and deliciousness that Cravers look forward to every visit while embracing the spice of the cheese.”

With their new steakburger stacker, which comes with three steakburger patties, American and white cheddar cheese, lettuce, tomato pickles, and Freddy’s fry sauce, Freddy’s Frozen Custard & Steakburgers is going big.

A fiery tweak to their burgers comes from California-based company The Habit Burger Grill, which is bringing back its limited-edition jalapeño char burger. Toasted brioche buns are served with a chargrilled patty topped with pickled jalapeños, lettuce, tomato, pickled mustard ranch, hot jalapeño jam, and the California-based chain’s jalapeño mustard ranch.
