Every grocery shop in the country is introducing new, easy supper options.Two crispy plant-based burgers—available in crunchy Southwestern sweet potato and crunchy cauliflower veggie flavors—have been added by Dr. Praeger’s. Six veggies and a brief list of vegan and gluten-free ingredients make up the burgers’ composition. The crunchy alternatives were developed by Dr. Praeger’s in response to consumer concerns over texture in the plant-based product line.

James Beard Award-winning chef Andrew Zimmern’s entree line is making its premiere. His By Andrew Zimmern freezer line offers four dishes: meatloaf with mashed potatoes, turkey dinner with mashed potatoes and green beans, pulled pork mac and cheese, and Swedish meatballs and noodles.

According to Andrew Zimmern, “these frozen meals are the culmination of years of exploration, passion, and dedication to the art of cooking.” Every dish offers a tale of genuine flavors and family, whether you’re relishing the rich aromas of Swedish meatballs or the comforting undertones of pulled pork mac & cheese. Pasta sauces from Newman’s Own are getting revamped in a new line. Marinara, tomato and basil, sockarooni, roasted garlic, fire-roasted tomato, and other flavors are among the sauce varieties.

A new dish called barbacoa shredded beef in sauce, under the Hormel Foods Corp. brand Herdez, has been added. Each serving has 11 grams of protein. Since the launch of the product line in April, Herdez’s chilled entree lineup has included the barbacoa in sauce meal for the first time.
