Slideshow: New Frito-Lay, Aura Bora, and Chamberlain Coffee Products
Businesses are expanding their beverage lineups with both permanent and limited-edition items.
Oatmilk lattes are the latest addition to Chamberlain Coffee’s plant-based ready-to-drink latte line, which was introduced in April 2023. The firm was started by social media influencer Emma Chamberlain. The product line was first introduced with a blend of almond milk and coconut cream; however, in response to customer feedback, the line is now made using oatmilk, which has a sweeter flavor. The ready-to-drink oatmilk lattes are sweetened with date syrup and cane sugar, and come in mocha and salted caramel flavors.
“Growth and innovation is at the core of everything we do, and this fundraise will allow us to continue creating new products and grow our brand awareness,” said Christopher Gallant, chief executive officer of Chamberlain Coffee, when the funding was announced. “We’re extremely grateful to our returning investors for continuing to believe in the brand and the new ones who are coming on board, sharing in our vision for this next chapter at Chamberlain Coffee.”
Aura Bora, a herbal sparkling water company, unveiled its December flavor of the month: chai cranberry. Direct-to-consumer sales of the festive taste, which combines tart red cranberries with a sweet and spicy chai, can be made through Aura Bora’s website.
With the release of Aura Bora Dry Guys in September 2023, Aura Bora broadened its product line beyond sparkling water. This co-branded, zero-proof beverage blends Graza’s Extra Virgin Picual Olive Oil with yuzu extract, juniper oil, vermouth taste, and mildly sparkling water.
Arriving in the beverage section is… Doritos is a brand owned by the Frito-Lay division of PepsiCo, Inc.
A limited-edition Empirical x Doritos Nacho Cheese Spirit will be released in collaboration with Doritos and Empirical. The business claims that in order to develop the spirit, which “offers a multi-sensorial, delicious beverage experience that smells and tastes just like the real thing,” actual Doritos chips were used in the production process, and their essence was preserved by vacuum distillation.

“Empirical is a ‘uncategorized’ spirits company, so it allows us the freedom to experiment with really interesting flavors and not have to be stuck in a tequila, whiskey, or gin box,” chef/distiller and CEO of Empirical Lars Williams stated. “And we can take something that has a unique and amazing flavor, like Doritos, and evolve it into something completely new.”
