Austin, Minnesota — With a new line of ready-to-eat, pit-smoked Texas barbecue meats under its Sadler’s Smokehouse brand, Hormel Foods Corp. is expanding the reach of Texas barbecue beyond the Lone Star state.

Each 3-oz portion of St. Louis-style pork ribs has 250 calories, 17 grams of protein, and 20 grams of fat. Along with salt and natural flavors, the pork ribs are seasoned with garlic, onion, and paprika.
