George Kordas, president of Metropolitan Baking Co., stated, “I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again: I couldn’t be more proud of the team at Metro who absolutely crush it every day and I truly look forward to this exciting new chapter in our company’s 75-year history.”

Products from Metropolitan Baking Co. can be found in 7-11, Sam’s Club, and a number of local grocery stores. 90% of the company’s output is branded, with the remaining 10% going towards retail baked goods and private labels.
