BATTLE CREEK, MI: RodeoCPG, a strategic sales firm based in Brooklyn, NY that supports consumer brands at retail, has sold its research and development team to JPG Resources, a food and beverage innovation and commercialization group.

It is anticipated that the deal will enable Battle Creek-based JPG Resources to better serve the important New York development region, freeing up RodeoCPG to concentrate on sales management technologies.

Founded in 2009, JPG Resources offers food businesses of all sizes, from early-stage startups to national brands, a range of services including supply chain management, product development, marketing, and ongoing support. According to the corporations, the RodeoCPG innovation team will stay at its Brooklyn lab, and existing contracts will continue unaffected while gaining access to a more expansive organization and wider support.
