First retail line launched by Gluten Free Easy
Brooklyn, New York After years of selling direct to consumer, Gluten Free Easy, a woman-owned business, is now introducing its products for retail sales. Gluten Free Easy is a company that specialized in frozen gluten-free dough products, such as pizza dough, pita dough, and puff pastry sheets and squares.
Co-founders of Gluten Free Easy Esther Anzaroot and Lily Mishan Nissim stated, “We believe that food is one of life’s greatest pleasures.” “We wanted to make living a gluten-free lifestyle more enjoyable for our clients by introducing them to our delectable items. Made in a factory certified to be gluten-free, all of our goods are gluten-free. Even though these items are gluten-free, we still want our consumers to get nostalgic and happy about their favorite foods. We can proudly say that we succeeded in achieving our objective. Because our goods taste so good, you might not realize they’re gluten-free.”

Years ago, Ms. Anzaroot started experimenting with gluten-free baking in order to satisfy her son’s girlfriend who was also gluten-free. Ms. Anzaroot wants to reproduce culturally significant foods that were historically gluten-containing for those with celiac disease or gluten sensitivity, drawing on her Jewish Syrian heritage. Following years of running a gluten-free bread business out of her house, Ms. Anzaroot enrolled at Brooklyn’s Kosher Culinary Center, where she eventually met Ms. Nissim, her future business partner.
Early in 2022, Ms. Anzaroot and Ms. Nissim formally established their business. All of the products in the Gluten Free Easy portfolio are vegan and the puff pastry and pizza doughs are verified to be free of gluten, dairy, soy, and other allergens.
