Doehler and Ixora Scientific collaborate to enhance taste perception
NJ – North Brunswick Township To find and market natural taste modulars made from botanicals, Doehler and Ixora Scientific are collaborating.
According to the agreement, Doehler will collaborate on research with Ixora.
Paul Graham, chief executive officer of Cluster Americas at Doehler, stated, “We are thrilled to work with Ixora to drive innovation in the food and beverage industry, leveraging their expertise in natural taste modulators.”
A startup company established in San Diego, Ixora Scientific is dedicated to the study and creation of innovative flavour modulators. The company’s initial source of material for modulators is plant matter.
As a recently established startup, we are appreciative of the collaboration with Doehler”, Ixora’s co-founder and CEO, Xiaodong Li, stated. “By doing this, we will be able to leverage their extensive resources and proficiency in flavour development, application, and commercialization, all the while concentrating on our core competencies of research and discovery. This is a win-win scenario.

Doehler will also be opening a technical lab and office in North Brunswick, which will serve as the centre of Ixora’s collaboration on the East Coast.
