Chops employs a chief people officer
With effect from January 15, 2024, Stephanie Lilak has been appointed executive vice president and chief people officer of Mondelez International, Inc. She will take over for Paulette Alviti, who will retire in April 2024 after a period of transition.
As part of her new position, Ms. Lilak will be in charge of managing the company’s worldwide human resources department, which includes employee relations, diversity, equity, and inclusion, talent management, leadership and competence development, pay and benefits, and change management.
She most recently served as Bumble Inc.’s chief people officer. She previously held the position of chief human resources officer at Dunkin’ Brands for 2.5 years and worked in a range of HR capacities for more than 23 years at General Mills, Inc. She started up with Cooper Industries as an HR representative.
At First Watch Restaurants, Ms. Lilak is an independent board member who chairs the pay committee and is on the audit committee.
