In Santa Monica, California, Chipotle Mexican Grill, Inc. is launching a brand-new restaurant concept. Farmesa is a California-style restaurant that offers customisable bowls with two sides, a choice of five sauces, a protein (grain or green), and a topping.
A variety of dishes are served, such as grilled tri-tip steak prepared in the Santa Maria style, ora king salmon coated in everything but spices, whipped potatoes, sprouting cauliflower, and golden beets. In addition to still and sparkling water, Tractor Beverage Co.’s organic drinks are available.The restaurant will first debut with a condensed menu and a restricted schedule.
