Chief technology officer hired by MycoTechnology

Ranjan Patnaik is the new chief technology officer (CTO) of MycoTechnology, Inc.

Alan Hahn, co-founder and chief executive officer of MycoTechnology, stated, “Ranjan has an unparalleled track record of steering businesses from the science and tech stage towards becoming manufacturers and suppliers of scalable, commercialised products.” “His experience and knowledge will be extremely helpful as we carry out our strategy to create international alliances and increase our global footprint, all the while advancing our plans in the Middle East.”

According to the corporation, the newly formed position of CTO would strategically unify the teams responsible for food science, R&D, and technology services under one head.

With over 25 years of experience in fermentation, strain engineering, and bioprocess product development, Mr. Patnaik is a valuable addition to the team.

“I’m excited to be joining MycoTechnology in this new role at such a pivotal and exciting time in its development,” Mr. Patnaik remarked. “Mycelial fermentation has enormous promise for use in food and beverage applications, but it is yet mostly unexplored. The fermentation platform developed by MycoTechnology is founded on highly advanced scientific and technological know-how as well as intellectual property assets, which puts the business well ahead of its competitors and on the road to success.
