CEO of Flagstone Foods is named
Harry Overly has been appointed as Flagstone Foods’ new CEO, effective September 15.
Mr. Overly served as president and CEO of Sun-Maid Growers of California in Fresno, California, before joining Flagstone Foods. Additionally, he was the chief customer officer of the company that owned Flagstone Foods, TreeHouse Foods, Inc., located in Oak Brooke, Illinois.

Flagstone Foods, a producer and distributor of private label foods, offers consumers a selection of trail mixes, dried and cooked nuts, and snack options.
Flagstone was first purchased by TreeHouse Foods in 2014 for $860 million. However, due to shifting consumer demands, TreeHouse was forced to sell the brand in 2019 for $90 million to Greenwich, Connecticut-based Atlas Holdings.
