Mr. Jones is joined by Brett Hill, Kevin Clark, and Greg Warrick as new senior managers.

At Epic Baking, Mr. Hill has been appointed chief financial officer. Mr. Hill has worked for large international corporations in finance for thirty years. He has a wealth of knowledge in the consumer goods and food manufacturing industries. His most recent position at Maple Leaf Foods, Inc. was vice president of finance. In addition, he has held positions with Pitney Bowes, United Technologies, Brambles, and Ford Motor Co.

As chief sales officer, Mr. Clark has joined Epic Baking. Having worked in the culinary business for 35 years, he was vice president of sales at Pretzilla Inc. most recently. Additionally, he has held positions as senior vice president at Flatout, Inc., senior managing partner at Tonic Partners, and vice regional vice president of Pillsbury Bakeries and Foodservice, vice president of sales at ConAgra Foods, and head of Wenner Bread Products’ sales and marketing division.

At Epic Baking, Mr. Warrick has been promoted to vice president of operations. After serving as director of manufacturing at AJM Packaging Corp., Mr. Warrick has joined Epic. Additionally, he has held positions as senior business consultant at TBM Consulting Group, plant manager at STEMCO, plant manager at Pactiv, LLC, and director of operations, North America, at Darnel Group.

The company stated, “The goal of the new executive leadership team at Epic Baking Co. is to establish the company as the industry’s go-to advisor for artisan and specialty bread, allowing it to increase its market share with both current and potential customers and channels and accelerate growth into adjacent categories by acquiring additional baking businesses.”

Established in Atlanta in 1985, Epi Breads produces and supplies a variety of handcrafted bread items, such as rolls, buns, and hoagies, to top grocery stores and restaurant networks. The business runs two BRC-certified locations in Atlanta and Muskegon, Michigan. After being acquired by AUA Private Equity in September 2021, Epi Breads became a fully owned subsidiary of Epic Baking Co.
