An edibles-focused cannabis firm has closed a $6.7 million fundraising round.
Mr Cozzi, CEO of The Bettering Company, stated, “Despite a decade of legalisation, the cannabis market lacks a truly luxury option catered to consumers that want more than just a cannabis delivery vehicle — but a great experience.” We started a firm to establish a cannabis brand that would fully match with the health-conscious, flavor-loving customer, since there aren’t many of those. Our goal has been and will continue to be to improve each stage of the procedure. We are eager for everyone to notice the difference.
The money will help build a new facility in Rockford, Illinois. The firm also intends to add important personnel to its team in the areas of food manufacturing, sales, and marketing. The Bettering Company eventually intends to expand distribution into New Jersey and New York, among other states.
Peter Rahal, the co-founder of RXBAR, and other investors in the cannabis industry and consumer packaged products are supporters of the brand.
