In a readily resealable, frozen version, Just Egg Meals provide a simple source of sustainable protein by combining bite-sized quantities of the company’s plant-based egg with a vegetable medley. Chinese food company Fly By Jing created a fiery, crunchy sauce that pairs well with sugar snap peas, carrots, roasted red pepper, and Just Egg nibbles in the meal’s debut flavor, Chili Crisp.
