According to Nutrition21, nootropics help gamers concentrate better.

Nutrition21, LLC investigated the effects of its nooLVL component in esports players by administering many computer-based cognitive tests via the online platform Cambridge Brain Sciences.

A dosage of inositol is added to bound arginine silicate in a proprietary compound called NooLVL. The non-stimulant nootropic component was created to improve mental agility in intense e-sports matches. Without the addition of caffeine, clinical studies have demonstrated that it improves response time and increases energy.

According to a 2019 double-blind, placebo-controlled trial, nooLVL improves concentration and mental acuity in 15 minutes or less. Additionally, it shown that nooLVL enhances players’ accuracy, focus, and reaction time even after 60 minutes of gameplay.

The effect of the substance on esports players was investigated in a recent study that was presented at the Experimental Biology 2022 meeting using a variety of computer-based cognitive performance assessments. Adults who took 1,600 mg of nooLVL for seven days improved in visual representation, forethought/sequencing, and attention and concentration.

Nutrition21 states that NooLVL can be made into a variety of functional food and beverage or dietary supplement items for gamers, such as bars, powders, ready-to-drink beverages, functional candies and snacks, and more.
